George Safari is an experienced and passionate Sports Scientist and Strength Conditioning Coach with a science based approach mindset and an eye for detail. George has successfully worked with team sports clubs in Cyprus and Abroad. At the individual level , George has worked with athletes of all levels , from youth to professionals , in a variety of sports including Football , Basketball , Combat sports etc without excluding fitness enthusiasts and individuals with body composition related goals.
George has developed his own philosophy which resides around years of practical experience and theoretical knowledge with the aim to deliver the most appropriate approach and programming for anyone aiming to improve his performance and fitness.
